Our policy is valid for 14 days. We are unable to give you a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed after your purchase.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you got it to be eligible for a return. It also has to be in its original packaging.
Several items are excluded from being returned. Food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines are all perishable items that cannot be returned. In addition, we do not take intimate or hygienic items, toxic objects, or flammable substances or gases.

Please do not return your product to the manufacturer.
Any item that is not in its original and unopened state, is damaged or missing components for reasons other than our fault, cannot be returned, nor can it be exchanged.
Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery is subject to a restocking fee.

We will send you an email after your return has been received and examined to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also tell you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are authorised, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a set number of days.

Then contact your credit card company; your refund may take some time to be formally posted.

Only regular-priced purchases may be reimbursed; discounted items, however, cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items are only replaced if they are faulty or damaged. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to swap it for the same item.
If you bought the item as a present and it was delivered straight to you, you will get a gift credit for the amount of your return. A gift voucher will be issued to you after the returned item has been received.
If the item was not identified as a gift when bought, or the gift giver had the order delivered to them to give to you later, we will send a reimbursement to the gift giver, and he will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for your own shipping fees when returning your goods. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
The time it takes for your returned merchandise to reach you may vary depending on where you reside.
If you are sending an item worth more than £75, you should use a trackable shipping service or get shipping insurance. We make no assurances that we will receive your returned goods.
