We currently deliver only within the UK. We offer a range of shipping options to ensure your fragrances are delivered straight to your door, quickly and securely.
Handling Time before Dispatch
Orders placed after 9am will be aimed to be dispatched on the next working day.
Some fragrances require us to produce on demand, therefore there may be a handling time of:

Non-Sale Events: Up to 3 working days

Sale Events: Usually between 3–7 business days (up to 5 working days in most cases)
UK Delivery

📦 Standard Tracked: Delivered within 2–3 business days for £2.99.

⚡️ Express Tracked: Delivered within 1–2 business days for £4.99.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly on this page.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or a failed delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to us. You will be contacted and given the option to pay for return and re-shipping fees. If you choose not to agree to a redispatch, we will issue a partial refund, deducting the outbound shipping cost, return shipping fees, and any additional costs incurred due to the failed delivery.

Please Note:
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, Royal Mail strikes, adverse weather conditions, or other operational disruptions outside of our control. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost or incorrectly delivered, please contact us and we will work with the courier to investigate and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
