Delivery

Our orders are sent by Hermes Express, Royal Mail 2nd Class, Tracked 24 & 48 service, and DPD.

We offer 48hr Tracked for FREE and 24hr Tracked for £4.99, If your order exceeds £30 you will qualify for FREE 24hr Tracked Delivery.

NOTE: IT IS ADVISED TO USE A TRACKED SERVICE

Delivery of parcels with online tracking takes between 2-3 business days.

Royal Mail will contact you through email to inform you of any changes.

We ship only inside the United Kingdom

Monday through Friday, orders made before 9AM will be processed the same day. Within 2-3 working days, you will get your delivery (excluding bank holidays). This may be extended by one day for Highlands and Islands.

Orders received after 9AM. on a Friday will be sent the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Monday to Saturday, delivery is performed through Royal Mail/Hermes or DPD.

UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERIES

If the following has occurred:

- Shipping address entered incorrectly at checkout
- Parcel is refused at delivery address
- Delivery is unsuccessful

Which results in a 'Return to Sender' status, once the parcel is received back at out facilities, deductions of the shipping outbound and inbound will occur and then a refund will be processed accordingly
