Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- We know you may want to test your fragrance — that’s fine! You’re welcome to spray it once or twice. However, we cannot accept returns of bottles that have been used beyond this, or if they fall outside the 30-day window. Any such items will be sent back to you.
- If you’ve purchased a bundle, the full set must be returned for a refund. If you’d prefer to return only part of the bundle, we’ll happily offer an exchange instead.
- For Car Diffusers, please ensure you keep the closure cap, as we can’t process a return without it.
